Is this a loan with an interest rate?+
No. Rent-To-Own is a month-to-month rental contract, not a loan. There is no interest, principal, hidden buyout, or traditional financing structure.
Do you check my credit?+
There is no traditional credit check and payments are not reported to credit agencies. A public background check may be used at the provider’s discretion.
What is the liability damage waiver?+
It protects the container—not its contents—when damage happens outside your control. It covers the remaining contract balance and currently costs $5 per month.
